General Manager – Bridges

Job Title:  General Manager – Bridges

Location: Hyderabad, India (with travel to project sites across India)

Reporting Line: Managing Director

Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                                                                     1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech)                                                                                                 2) Experience in design / construction of bridges                                                                                                                                       3) Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Deputy Project Manager – Bridges or above

 Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                                       1) Coordinate with KDM structural health monitoring team heads, engineers and technicians to conduct SHM assessments efficiently and within budget.                                                                                                                                                                              2) Review project plans, specifications, and engineering reports to ensure compliance with SHM standards and client   expectations.                                                                                                                                                                                                       3) Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project deadlines and financial targets.                                             4) Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor SHM system installation, data collection, and analysis.                                     5) Identify and resolve any field technical issues or challenges that may arise during the SHM assessment process.                 6) Collaborate with data analysts, software developers, and other stakeholders to optimize SHM system design and functionality.                                                                                                                                                                                                         7) Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams as needed.                                                           8) Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and advancements in SHM technology.                                                     9) Coordinate with the clients, government authorities, vendors, and the internal departments including Business Development and Finance to ensure project requirements are met.
