Job Description: We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Computer Data Entry Operators cum
Typists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a diploma, ITI, or graduation in any
discipline, with 1 to 3 years of experience in computer applications. Proficiency in MS Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to troubleshoot hardware and operating system
issues, is essential. A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform accurate data entry and typing tasks. Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, developers, engineering firms, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  2. Maintain and update records in the company’s database.
  3. Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Word, Excel,
    and PowerPoint.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and operating system issues on computers.
  5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  6. Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma, ITI, or Graduate in any discipline.
  2. 1 to 3 years of experience in computer applications.
  3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
