Job Description: We are seeking experienced Sector Experts in Survey & Estimation to join our
team. The ideal candidates will have a diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI (Survey), with a
preference for candidates holding a graduate degree in Civil Engineering. The candidates should
have substantial experience in handling railway or highway projects as surveyors, or significant
experience in senior roles in railway construction. Proficiency in using Total Station and
AutoCAD, along with knowledge of coordinate systems, is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct surveys and prepare detailed site assessments using Total Station and other
    relevant surveying tools. 
  2. Interpret and analyze survey data to create accurate site drawings and maps.
  3. Prepare and estimate quantities for civil works projects. 
  4. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure
    accurate and efficient project execution.
  5. Ensure all survey data and project documentation comply with industry standards and
    company guidelines.
  6. Provide technical support and training to team members on surveying techniques and
    software applications. 
  7. Maintain organized records of all survey data and project documentation.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI (Survey); preference for candidates with a Graduate
    Degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience for Diploma holders or 3 years of experience for
    Degree holders in relevant fields.
  3. At least 3 years of experience handling railway/highway projects as a surveyor in
    a PMC or construction agency.
  4. At least 3 years in Senior Section Engineer/Works (in charge) and above
    experience in railway construction with survey experience.
  5. In-depth working knowledge of Total Station and AutoCAD.
  6. Proficiency in working with coordinate systems.

  2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant surveying tools.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
