Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Instrumentation Head to lead our SHM projects. The
ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of instrumentation systems, sensor technologies, and
data acquisition processes, coupled with leadership qualities to manage multidisciplinary teams and
handle multiple projects simultaneously.
This is a senior-level position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge

Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
* Lead the instrumentation wing for multiple SHM projects, ensuring high standards in
execution and timely delivery.
* Oversee hardware/software requirement identification, selection, and integration of
sensors, DAQs, and IoT systems.
* Collaborate with Numerical Simulation and Data Analysis teams to ensure seamless
data flow and system optimization. - Technical Expertise:
* Design and implement instrumentation systems tailored for complex infrastructure
monitoring.
* Oversee sensor placement, data acquisition, and signal processing to ensure data
accuracy. - Vendor Management & Procurement:
* Identify and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement of
instrumentation hardware and software.
* Manage logistics for procurement and deployment, ensuring quality and timely
availability of resources. - Site Management:
* Own site management responsibilities, including instrumentation setup, calibration,
and maintenance.
* Supervise site teams and coordinate with officials to ensure smooth execution at
project locations.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. - Team & Client Handling:
* Lead and mentor instrumentation engineers and field staff, fostering a collaborative
team environment.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, government officials, and
stakeholders, presenting findings and reports professionally - Documentation & Reporting:
* Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, test reports, and performance
evaluations.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, including BS-106 R2 and other relevant
codes.
Qualifications:
- B. Tech / M. Tech / PhD in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.
- 10+ years, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Team Lead / Project Lead / Head
of Department, or similar) in Instrumentation related fields. - Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Sensors, Data Acquisition Systems (DAQs), IoT systems, and
signal processing. - Willingness to travel frequently and work at project sites.

multidisciplinary teams. - Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and
