Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Expert in Contract Management with a focus on Tenders
and Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in any
Engineering or Science discipline with functional knowledge of accounting, or a degree in
Commerce/Accounts from a recognized university, or ICAI/ICWAI/MBA (Finance) from a
recognized University/Institute. The candidate should have experience working with
finance/accounting software applications in an ICT environment and a minimum of 3 years of
experience handling contracts, tenders, and accounts in railway, highway, bridge, or any civil
engineering infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee contract and tender processes for various projects.
  2. Prepare, review, and analyze contract documents, tenders, and agreements. 
  3. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in contract management.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract and tender documentation.
  5. Provide financial analysis and reporting for projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity of
    data.
  6. Utilize finance/accounting software applications to manage project finances and
    accounts.
  7. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure
    seamless contract and financial management.
  8. Resolve any issues related to contracts, tenders, or accounts promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate in any Engineering/Science discipline with functional knowledge of
    accounting, or a degree in Commerce/Accounts from a recognized university, or
    ICAI/ICWAI/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling contracts, tenders, and accounts in
    railway, highway, bridge, or any civil engineering infrastructure projects.
  3. Proficient in finance/accounting software applications within an ICT environment.
  4. Strong understanding of financial principles and contract management practices.
