Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities: 1) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
2) Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
3) Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
4) Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
5) Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
6) Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
7) Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
8) Stay updated on relevant labour laws and regulations, advising management on compliance matters.
9) Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
10) Collaborate with department heads and senior management to support organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements: 1) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2) Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in HR leadership positions.
3) In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
4) Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
5) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
6) Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
7) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8) Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
9) Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
