Job Description: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic B.Tech/B.E graduates in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) to join our SHM department. Freshers with a passion for structural health monitoring are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Installation and Maintenance: 
           * Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of SHM equipment and sensors on various structures.
           * Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
  2. Data Collection and Analysis:
            * 
    Collect and analyze data from SHM systems to assess the health and performance of structures.
            * Prepare reports and summaries of findings for review by senior engineers.
  3. Field Work:
            * Travel to project sites across India for on-site monitoring and assessment tasks.
            * Perform hands-on work in diverse environmental conditions.
  4. Collaboration:
            * Work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
            * Coordinate with clients, vendors, and authorities as required.
  5. Documentation:
            * Maintain accurate and detailed records of monitoring activities, data collected, and maintenance performed
            * Prepare technical documentation and reports.
  6. Continuous Learning: 
            * 
    Stay updated with the latest developments in SHM technology and best practices.
            * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  1. BTech/B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
  2. Freshers are welcome; prior experience in SHM or related fields is a plus.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Willingness to travel frequently and work at project sites.
  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

  1. Basic knowledge of SHM techniques and equipment.
  2. Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
  3. Understanding of structural engineering principles.
